A great weekend of racing action at the Manlleu track. The 24th and 25th of April round 2 of the Spanish championship found ground in Catalunya. A good turnout of about 40 drivers came and the race was very well prepared and organised by the Manlleu rc club. It was the first time the Cleon MMX tasted clay ground and soon we saw smiling faces of Jaume and Alex after the shakedown of their car.

To keep it short a pole position and FTD was achieved in classification by Alex.
What a dream start!
The final turned out to be a thriller with 3 cars driving all the time within 25 meters from each other. It ended sadly enough for Alex after 28 minutes as he ran out of fuel. The very talented 11 year old boy Angel won with just a car length the race in the last 2 corners! Amazing job by him and his dad, well done guys!

Though the final ended a bit sadly we went home with a very satisfied feeling as the car proved to be very reliable and fast, it showed huge racing potential.
With a very warm feeling and good memories we look forward to meet again.
